Who we are

Queue Swerve is run by Hitesh Chudasama, trading as Queue Swerve. For anything about your data, email hello@queueswerve.com.

What we collect on this website

When you apply for the founding pilot we collect your name, shop name, town or postcode, mobile number, email address and your answers about your shop. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details to contact you about the pilot because you asked us to (your consent). If you ticked the news box, we'll send occasional emails about Queue Swerve, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

If you don't join the pilot, we delete your application within 12 months. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it sooner.

Who else sees it

Netlify, our website host, stores the form data for us and checks it for spam. Nobody else receives it.

Customer details inside Queue Swerve

When a shop uses Queue Swerve, the shop decides how its customers' details are used and Queue Swerve processes them on its behalf. Waiting screens show only first names and the last three digits of a mobile number. Offers texts go only to customers who opted in, and every one says how to opt out.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
